Today has been chaotic for the Major General Music.
Student Congress elections for the new President & Vice President and Class Representatives are underway. Any members of Hope College's class of 2008, elect the Major General Music for class representative!
The Major General Music went to his Perspectives In Music class, listened to a written assignment focusing on using footnoting techniques regarding doughnuts, analyzed music that is so chaotic in nature it almost sounds like not-really-music, like something a small child would bang out on a piano at Grandma's house and comparable to abstract art compared to child art.
But, alas! Not to be outdone, the Major General Music was once again frightened by the whiny sophomore vocal music education major talking about how scary the second year is for a music ed. major. It took all of the Major General Music's strength to not bellow, "SHUT UP!!!!" inside the classroom.
The Major General Music had the usual weirdness of his voice lesson with Dr. Richmond. Witnesses to the Major General Music's behavior reported amusement after watching him panic from eating a Reese's Easter egg before this lesson, babbling something about "it's the worst thing I could do for my voice! Aagghh!"
Now, the Major General Music's kindly RA comes to his room looking for promised materials for the Meijer shuttle runs that the Major General Music was never given by his Student Congress superior.
The poor Major General Music...
