At last.

I'm free. I got the phone call yesterday afternoon, a bit before taking the middle schoolers on another adventure.

Now I can be a student teacher like everyone else who's a student teacher. No more, no less. Just a student teacher. I'm thankful.

Unfortunately, the Griffins lost in a shootout to the Admirals. But my middle schoolers had a great time with their parents at the hockey game. And that was important to me.

I'm taking the weekend to smile and enjoy the sunshine. And to start singing Chelsea's song. I haven't done much singing like that in a while and I need to. It makes me happy and I haven't had that joyous, free feeling in a long time.

Thank you, Jesus. You are faithful.
