What happened in school today?

I could write about many things from Wednesday, but I can't. It's been a very long day and I'm very tired.

But I have to write about this. Jessica said I had to (I know you're reading this).

In Senior Seminar, one of the presentations involved live animals. My classmate loves pets and shared her beloved creatures with us, and we loved meeting them too. Having grown up with hamsters, I was excited. She brought in her hamster, which brought back a flood of memories for me.

Jelly Bean. Taffy. Gertrude. Thor. Fogarty. All those memories. All those cute little friends we had through the years as I grew up. They're long gone, but I still remember all of them. I suddenly remembered how much fun they were when I held my classmate's pet. He was a cute little guy, but apparently he was a little nervous about being held by a complete stranger, plus the fact that he's still considered a baby.

Being a hamster veteran, I thought I had experienced it all and knew how to handle him. But when I put the hamster back in the ball, I smelled a smell...

Where did that hamster urinate?

I looked, and there were two large wet spots on my pants.

Yes... today in class, a hamster peed on me.
