That's right, the adjective of the week is NOT "crazy" or "insane"

Life is sweet. Talks with God have been awesome and so has hearing from some of Hope College's finest, the Bible Studs!

Ben's 8th semester memories arrived and brought some great laffs.

The Major General Music got his geek on talking about post-tonal music (and other fun assorted topics) with Will. It makes the Major General Music glad there's another music major at Cornerstone. It'd be very lonely if there wasn't. Watching the first act of Lohengrin (yes, the opera with the "Bridal Chorus") with Will & Juliana was sweet, too. The Major General Music just wishes Wagner would get the point more quickly. The characters keep talking, yet no words are coming out their mouths...

The advanced choral ensemble at church is singing "Gaudete!" It's exciting because that piece is really awesome and there's no way the choir could sing it. Nope, never in a million years.

Work at the resort continues to be exciting. More painting and the Major General Music is convinced extension ladders hate him. The green one started to bend while he was on it. But other than that, it was great! Hiding on the deck and painting the trim, watching the rotten window get broken, and oh yes! The pressure washer! The Major General Music blasted the mildew off the bricks on Cabin No. 16 with a pressure washer! That's exciting because a pressure washer is a very powerful device! Picture a water gun hooked up to a water spigot and powered by a gasoline engine. It's the meanest SuperSoaker the Major General Music has ever seen and not only did he knock all the mildew off, but that nasty paint spot on the concrete disappeared too thanks to the wicked water weapon! The power of the seas in his hands! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Oh yes, and for the Angela: Rose says that the Major General Music is a menace with the golf carts. He has the need for super speed! None of this "wimpy driver" business. If you're ever at Peaceful Acres Resort and you hear a golf cart roaring around the corner, head for the hills because we love to drive fast! YEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
