The news is good!
Today has been a day of good news. Here's a rundown, with headlines and subject lines
-"Secret society's interest at record levels!"
Currently there are eleven Hope College music students interested in joining Delta Omicron, the international music service fraternity. They would offer some relief to the stressed-out seven current members, two of whom will be graduating.
-"Piano teacher loses his socks!"
The Major General Music had an excellent week in the piano area, greatly pleasing his teacher with his Mozart string quartet, his private lesson repertoire, and chord progressions. The Major General Music is a chord progression machine! Neapolitans and Germans, beware!
-"Tra la la"
The Major General Music pleased his voice teacher as well with his new song, written in Spanish. He even showed the voice teacher a few little details about Spanish consonants. Yeah for AP Spanish IV, woot!
-"Music Department endorses future!"
The Department of Music decided they liked the Major General Music and have endorsed his major declaration! Now to await word from the Department of Education...
-"Rude secretary can't stop trip to Cincinnati!"
The Major General Music had to have parental signatures on two forms to release him to the Chapel Choir tour. Despite the rudest efforts by the dept. secretary, the forms still successfully faxed out and back to the Visiting Choirmaster!
-"Brownies disappear in just seconds!"
The Major General Music encountered the Kind Bible Study Leader and the Hockey Stud's Roommate at the Kletz. Although the Kind Bible Study Leader couldn't stay, the Hockey Stud's Roommate and his girlfriend did and had a pleasant conversation with the Major General Music. Parts of the conversation included a healthy amount of compliments to Major General Music's motherly figure's mad baking skillz.

See? Good things happen too if you look for them.
Also, I still think it would have been exciting if sock were actually knocked off. It would have been an exceptionally amazing feat (haha that was totally unintended) if they came off while he was wearing shoes.
I didn't get my nightly conversation- you're too busy dancing and stuff. Hope its fun.

I like the headline idea. I suggest one more: Spring Break Approching
