Spaceships (in Theory, at least)

Okay, so this entry is late and I'm tired, but after laffing my head off after thinking about it, this latest tale from the land of MUS 112-02, aka the 11:00 section of Theory IB, is DEFINITELY worth saving on my Xanga.

Prof. Linda Strouf walks up to piano and finds two books of piano music and a wood-grain patterned flattened cone-shaped metronome on top of them. She demands, "Whose music is this? Felix Mendelssohn, it says!"

Alana O'Bryan yells, "MINE!!!!"

Prof. Strouf, apparently not familiar with the little circular metronome, holds it up and asks, "What is this?"

Alana's response: "It's a SPACESHIP!!!!"

"Ooooo" sings Prof. Strouf as she makes believe the metronome actually IS a spaceship, sets the music on the table in front of Alana, and then sets the "spaceship" on it after hovering over it for a moment. And with that, Alana O'Bryan has oficially OWN-ZED Prof. Strouf!

Ah-ha! You weren't up late working on music hw you were posting stories about spaceships that aren't space going ships.

This was immediately after I had completed my homework-I thought about this wonderful tale right before I completed my horrible modulation assignment and decided it must go on the Xanga before I forgot it! This, you see, gave me the will and strength to finish my homework!

That is acceptable. I try never to oppose anything that replaces hw.
