A Blessed Week
It doesn't get a lot better than this.
-Bible Studs was an especially powerful time of fellowship this week. Between a lesson that the guys really liked and Ben surprising us, I'd call it one of the best meetings of the entire year.
-I'm getting the material in Secondary Block. Kicking my previous test score up by 8 points was a good feeling.
-Jessica wanted a visitor while she was working at the Kletz. I did, it was enjoyable to visit with one of my friends, and man was that Swirl gooooood.
-Voice Lessons post-recital are SOOOOO relaxing. I won't lie, I'm quite taken by the Dichterliebe. Having Dr. Richmond pleased with how I sound is good too.
-Conducting hasn't turned into a complete disaster. This is an area of music that I'm not getting nearly as easily as others. Much to my happiness, Dr. Richmond was pretty happy with how I did today with the "Kyrie" from Mozart's "Coronation" Mass in C. After not doing so well for awhile, a bit of success is quite refreshing.
-Just time spent in fellowship with some of the others. I totally didn't expect to see Jon last night, but that's I guess what makes it special. Talking about calling with another Brother was really sweet, and so was the time in prayer. So was the time with Ross. I've really started to see the value of time spent with friends.
And now it's time to go home for Easter! HUZZAH!
