Definition time again! In a recent conversation with the one simply known as "the Angela," I came to ponder a deep question. What does the word "crazy" mean?
Once again, I consulted Dictionary.com , which basically proved worthless to me. It simply said, "Affected with madness; insane." Who defined "madness" and "insane" recently? Relative to WHOM? I think the Angela's definition is better. She defined it as such:
"Obsessive beyond all reason with material things, determined to know when where and why everything in their life is, less then able to relax, nearly incapable of lighthearted discussion, work-a-holics, people who don't read the best books of all (like LOTR, Myst, and Rhapsody), people who don't go to the beach or walk barefoot through all types of terrain... especially gooey ones like mud and seaweed.
She added a disclaimer, noting, "Mind you that is just a preliminary reading. But overall that is a pretty good reading."
The moral of the story: the Angela is also now known as the Dictionary! The Angela can define things far better than a reputable online source ever could.

Obviously! Finally the recognition I deserve! I may not always be right or even spell right but I almost always have an answer.

I suppose it IS possible that I have an obsession with words and their meanings in my never-ending quest for knowledge. However, I don't.
